Another possible idea: The cider fountain for the ladies. Local homebrews are sure to be avaiilable, plus the lack of carbonation means no excessive head. I could create this. If I were ever to finish any idea I thought of.
Did you know that excessive head can cause chafing? That I would throw that out there...
And when we do decide to fire up the nacho fountain, I'll be sure to have all City of Dallas health inspectors tied up for the day....
