
It looks pretty much normal now. There's still a little swelling on the ankle itself. But the foot is normal and most of the purple is gone. For the most part, it no longer bothers me. I can walk on it, but I doubt I'll be able to play on it this week -- hopefully next week for a few points.

You gotta start building back your flexibility and strength. Start doing some easy ankle exercises a few times of day. You should do this before you try running on it again. Or bike. bikes are good.

Yeah. I can give you some exercises if you like. Probably good to start with the alphabet stretch. (spell it all out with you foot...tada!)
